Of course, we have a great incentive in keeping you – and your staff and visitors – happy and satisfied: our business depends upon the sales made from our vending machines.

If you do get a problem, our merchandisers are trained to fix the majority of faults and because their pay is directly linked to how well your machine performs on your site, it is very much in their interests to keep your machine well stocked and in perfect working order at all times. We also have a 24hr customer services line. And if anyone ever loses money in one of our machines – a rare event – our merchandisers are authorised to refund it without reference to their manager.
Another key factor in the quality and efficiency of our service is the strength of our distribution network. We have over 300 staff merchandising the vending estate. In addition, there are warehouse distribution points strategically located throughout the Midlands and the North, to ensure that we efficiently maintain our public and private sector customer-base. All our installation engineers are specially trained for vending machine installation and our operators are AVA (Automatic Vending Association) trained on the 'cleaning and replenishment of vending machines to AVA standards'.
With our dedicated and reliable staff, technically advanced vending machines and top brand products, we are proud that we are one of the UK’s largest snack, coffee and drink vending operators. Vending solutions are offered, depending on a customer's individual vending requirements and machine, on a lease, purchase or free on loan* basis which is cost-free with no monthly rental or hire fees.
For the cost-free basis, please note that in order to ensure that we are able to service and maintain your machine on a cost-free basis, customers are required to agree to weekly minimum usage levels for their machine. This simply ensures that we can continue to provide a cost-free, effective vending service at no cost to customers. Minimum usage levels vary on the type of machine you have installed. If you fall below the agreed usage level, you may be charged for the difference between your usage and the agreed usage levels. We hope this doesn't happen. Therefore, when deciding your machine requirements, we always carefully consider customers on an individual basis to ensure the most suitable machine is installed to hopefully avoid any charges. Not all vending machines are available on our cost-free basis.
