SureVend Delivery System

The SureVend™ product delivery sensor guarantees that a selected snack item or drink is delivered to you or your money is returned. The system works by attempting to deliver the item or drink up to 3 times. Then, if an item or drink is not recognised as being delivered by the optical sensors after 3 attempted vends, the machine will give you the option of choosing another selection or accepting a refund.

SureVend™ is currently available with the Evolution and Voce floor standing coffee machines, the Merchant 4 & 6 floor standing snack and drink machines and the Genesis table top coffee machine.
