Due to the experience and dedication of VMI’s Service Team, with all engineers fully skilled and trained for all vending requirements, VMI provide service response times to all customers that exceed Industry standards. Over 90% of call outs are fixed first time and with a maximum response time of 4 hours, but average response times within 2 hours.
VMI’s Operations Team are all trained and certified to AVA Hygiene Standards
VMI provides the highest level of Vending Machine Service available to customers, across all business and Industry sectors and has significant experience and success in meeting all of its customer needs effectively. All Operations staff are trained and certified to the AVA Industry standard for the cleaning and replenishment of all of its vending machines, and regular machine audits are carried out on all of its customer sites.
VMI’s Customer Care Programme
VMI has a Customer Care Programme in place to support all of its customer requirements, from receipt of a new order through to ongoing after-sales customer care. VMI’s Freephone Customer Care Desk effectively log and resolve any customer queries, and additionally carries out periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
